  • You may leave a key on file at our secured office.
  • You may leave a key with your doorman.
  • You may meet the cleaner.
Payments can be made either by cash, check, major credit cards, paypal, zelle or venmo.
If it is necessary to cancel a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please also be sure to inform us of any changes to your regular cleaning schedule.

*Last minute cancellations are subject to a minimum fee to compensate our cleaners for their time and lost wages.
Gratuities, while not required, are greatly appreciated by our cleaning staff.
Yes. If for any reason your regular cleaner is unable to make the scheduled appointment, we will contact you in advance to ask permission to send another cleaner, or you may reschedule your regular appointment.
All of our workers are highly trained and professional. However, if any damage does occur, we will contact you to discuss it. If we missed it, please notify us as soon as possible and we will address the problem.
